Our ingvi hemp seed puree in raw food quality is an excellent source of vegetable protein, contains a significant proportion of the unsaturated fatty acid “gamma-linolenic acid”, which has an anti-inflammatory effect on skin diseases and helps to increase concentration, and it also contains the perfect mix of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Its mild, nutty flavor enhances muesli, dips, salad dressings, pestos, smoothies and vegetable dishes, among other things.
