Preparing the brine with Happy Salt

• Put several teaspoons of salt in a clean, sealable jar and fill it up with good, low-mineral water so that it is well covered.
• After about two hours, a ready-to-use, 26% saturated brine solution is produced.
• The crystals no longer dissolve.
• Take a maximum of one teaspoon of concentrated brine for your brine drinking cure and add it to a glass of water – stir well!
• When the concentrated brine runs out, add more water.
• Make sure that there is always something crystalline visible in the concentrated brine.
  This is the only way to ensure that the brine is saturated.
• Only the saturated brine solution has an unlimited shelf life.
