Delivery Time: not specified

1.75 g vitamin C per drop with 140-fold increased bioavailability – 50ml This vitamin C is a revolutionary discovery in the field of food supplements.
The bioavailability is incredibly high, 140 times higher than that of leading suppliers, making the product very economical.
After ingestion, the liposomes circulate in your bloodstream, resulting in a delayed and prolonged release of the nutrients.
This means that they go directly to where they belong in the body – and do so constantly. The effect lasts much longer and you are optimally supplied. Every child knows that vitamin C is important for the human body.

Description

The numerous functions

Did you know that some mammals are able to produce vitamin C themselves?
This means that they do not necessarily need to ingest the vitamin.
Humans, on the other hand, have lost this ability in the course of evolution.
We cannot produce vitamin C ourselves and must obtain it from our diet, otherwise we will suffer from numerous deficiency symptoms.
Vitamin C is a vitamin with extremely diverse functions in human biochemistry.
The two main functions are its role as an important antioxidant and as a cofactor for numerous enzymatic reactions.
For this reason, vitamin C is of enormous physiological importance for numerous processes.

A short list for you:

  1. Immune system support: Vitamin C plays a central role in supporting the immune system.
It promotes the production and function of white blood cells, which are responsible for fighting infections.
It also improves the skin’s barrier function against pathogens and supports wound healing.
  2. Antioxidant effect: Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant.
It neutralizes free radicals caused by environmental stressors such as UV rays and pollutants.
This protects cells from oxidative damage associated with ageing processes and chronic diseases such as cancer.
  3. Collagen synthesis: Vitamin C is crucial for the production of collagen, a protein found in skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage.
Without sufficient vitamin C, collagen formation can be disrupted, which impairs wound healing and the structural integrity of tissues.
  4. Iron absorption: Vitamin C improves the absorption of non-haem iron (plant iron) in the small intestine.
It reduces iron into a form that the body can absorb better, which is important for preventing iron deficiency anemia.
  5. Anti-inflammatory and immune regulation: Vitamin C helps regulate inflammatory responses in the body through its ability to inhibit inflammation and reduce oxidative stress.
It can be helpful in relieving chronic inflammation, which plays a role in diseases such as cardiovascular disease.
  6. Reduction of histamine: Vitamin C can reduce histamine levels in the body, which helps to alleviate allergic reactions and inflammation.

You can imagine that a deficiency is not so great.
In fact, scurvy still exists today, even though the disease is considered to have been eradicated.
The symptoms of scurvy are bruising from even the slightest touch, bleeding of the skin and mucous membranes, increased susceptibility to infections, bleeding gums, inflammation of the joints, delayed wound healing, general emaciation and increasing loss of strength.

Life-prolonging effect?

There are scientific studies that suggest that higher doses of vitamin C beyond what is necessary for basic care could provide health benefits, such as supporting wound healing or strengthening the immune system.
At the same time, however, there is still a debate as to whether these additional effects are actually relevant, especially if there is no vitamin C deficiency, such as scurvy.
Some critics claim that government and scientific institutions deliberately do not recognize the potential of vitamin C in higher doses.
In their opinion, this could be because wider acceptance of such therapies would have a negative impact on the business of more expensive drugs and treatments.
These critics also suspect that some studies questioning the efficacy of vitamin C may not be independent or may have methodological flaws.
The debate about the benefits of high doses of vitamin C has been ongoing for many decades, with opinions remaining divided…
A prankster thinks evil of it.

Why is the liposomal form advantageous?

Our product here is liposomal.
Maybe you’ve never heard that before.
But it’s not so bad!
The most important thing is that it increases bioavailability enormously!
This is particularly good for vitamin C, because the body can only absorb a limited amount of conventional vitamin C (ascorbic acid) at a time.
At higher doses, a large proportion of it is not absorbed and is excreted in the urine.
Liposomal vitamin C avoids this problem as it is absorbed more efficiently into the blood.

Lipo… what?

And if you want to know more, but now say: “Lipo…. – Who?” Then take a look at the origin of the word: The term “liposome” comes from the Greek and is derived from the word “lipos” for fat and “soma” for body. Aha – that’s pretty accurate!
Because the root of the word refers to the properties of a liposome.
Liposomes are nothing more than lipid vesicles made of phospholipids strung together to form a double membrane.
Great, another new term.
To clarify: most people remember phospholipids from school: phospholipids are made up of a hydrophilic (water-loving) head and two hydrophobic (water-repellent) hydrocarbon tails.
They are involved in building the lipid bilayer of many biomembranes and are therefore found in all animal and plant cells. And this is where it gets very interesting, doesn’t it?
Because this double membrane is not only found in plants and animals, it is also found in the cell membranes of our body.
Both in their aqueous interior and within their fat-soluble double membrane, liposomes can transport different substances regardless of their charge, size or structure, whereby they are protected from the body’s own enzymes of the digestive tract and to some extent even from stomach acid.
The body is designed to deal with liposomes.
Not only can liposomes be processed perfectly, they can also fuse with cell membranes as they are similar in structure.
The uptake of these phospholipid membranes has priority in the body.
With the help of this “deceptive maneuver”, liposomes reach their destination via the digestive tract in no time at all.
Liposomes are a Trojan horse, but an extremely friendly one in this case.

What advantages does this bring?

“Well, but capsules work really well and they’re much cheaper!” We’ve heard this so often and some of you have probably just thought it.
But unfortunately we have to disappoint those who are looking to save money.
Disappointing in a positive sense, of course, because it is all too easy to throw money out of the window when you skimp on food supplements.
People with a disturbed intestinal flora will know this problem only too well.
You take a product for months, but the effect just won’t show.
But this problem can also occur with a healthy gut.
This is because sensitive active ingredients lose a large part of their activity while passing through the gastrointestinal tract or are simply not absorbed in the small intestine.
Enzymes in saliva also break down some active ingredients and the acid in the stomach is also not conducive. As a result, “normal” orally administered nutrients usually only contain 10 – 20 % of the nutrients they contain. to the body’s bloodstream.
Ouch.
In the liposomal form of food supplements, fat- and water-soluble active ingredients are encapsulated in a shell, so-called phospholipids.
As a result, the body absorbs the active ingredients completely.

How does this work in the body?

Liposomes are very easily absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the mucous membranes in the mouth and digestive tract.
Once they are in the bloodstream, they circulate through the body, fuse with cell membranes and then release their encapsulated active ingredients directly into the cell. Simply simple! Even if intestinal absorption is impaired, liposomes are completely absorbed via the intestinal wall and are therefore bioavailable at the place in the body where they are needed.
Liposomes can also easily evade excretion via the kidneys, i.e. through the urine, as the micro-droplets of fat are not dissolved directly in the blood plasma. Conclusion: Our liposomes have up to 140 times the bioavailability because their phospholipid bilayer protects the active ingredient stored in them.
At the same time, liposomes are very easily absorbed by the mucous membranes of the mouth, stomach and intestines, which is why they are transported directly into the blood.
