Consumption recommendation

To ensure that the herbs are optimally mixed evenly, we recommend mixing them again before consumption. Pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons per cup (200 ml), depending on your personal taste preferences, and leave the tea to infuse for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy a cup of freshly made tea once to three times a day. Note that a longer steeping time can lead to a more intense bitter taste. We recommend covering the tea during the infusion time to protect the valuable ingredients from evaporation. Please refrain from sweetening the tea in order to preserve the valuable bitter taste.
