Meet-ups with catering

4 times a year – at the summer and winter solstices and at the two equinoxes on March 21 and September 21 – all Inner Circle members and the entire Doctor Raw and Rohkosteria team meet at a location close to nature near Frankfurt. At no extra cost, you will be instructed at these meet-ups and trained as a raw food chef in seasonal preparation workshops and online seminars The whole thing is topped off with a sumptuous raw food buffet made from the dishes we produce ourselves.

At Inner Circle, you can choose between sauerkraut preparation, fermented sprout juices, all kinds of quark and yoghurt, as well as kimchi and kombucha.

In summer we start in the morning with a wild herb tour and discover the richness of the German wilderness, we show you the most important edible food plants, show you why you pick them, prepare them or ferment them.

The absolute highlight for every gourmet are our well-known raw food menus. Here we serve everything your (raw food) heart desires and makes it beat faster.
