Our tender walnut butter

Walnuts contain vitamins B and E, omega-3 fatty acids and alpha-linolenic acid (anti-inflammatory effect, positive effect on blood pressure). The puree gets its mild taste from the activation of the walnuts.
This involves soaking the raw walnuts in salt water for a few hours (this keeps all the important minerals in the nut!) and then gently drying them again at below 42°C.
During soaking, the so-called “phytic acid” in the skin, which can lead to intolerance in large quantities, is broken down and at the same time the amount of minerals and vitamins is significantly increased. As each harvest is slightly different, these nut butters, which are ground in small quantities, always have a slightly different consistency and taste. Original, just as nature produces them.
