IONIC LIQUID MAGNESIUM – 480ML

ReMag® is truly the Magnesium Miracle™. The picometer-ionic form of magnesium, designed by Dr. Dean, is highly absorbable at the cellular level. It does not have a strong laxative effect like other types of magnesium. For our body, magnesium is not just any nutrient, but an essential mineral. As this product is an ionic product, it can be directly absorbed by the body. In contrast to other magnesium supplements, it is therefore much easier to utilize and the effect is immediately noticeable.

Description

What is ReMag®?

ReMag® was invented by Dr. Dean and is carefully manufactured from a pure magnesium chloride source. It is designed to provide stabilized magnesium ions similar in size to magnesium in plants. ReMag® is a picometer ionic form of magnesium that is smaller in diameter than the mineral ion channels in the body. Direct and complete absorption into the cells means that ReMag® bypasses the intestine and does not even reach the small intestine where it could cause diarrhea. Therefore, ReMag® has no laxative effect.

Source and purity of ReMag®

The company that produces ReMag® purchases magnesium with a purity of 99.98 to 99.99%. The magnesium source comes from San Bernardino Co, California and is mined as dolomite. This mineral raw material is further dissolved in a picometer-ionic liquid form. As a result, the impurities in our magnesium chloride are only 0.01 to 0.02%. This is very similar to the high-quality version of magnesium citrate with a purity of 98% or magnesium chloride from salt lakes with a purity of 96%. The most important thing is the purity of 99.98-99.99%, regardless of the source.

  • The picometer ionic form of magnesium by Dr. Dean (author of Magnesium: The miracle mineral key to your health)
  • It is highly absorbable at the cellular level
  • It does not have a strong laxative effect like other types of magnesium

Our body absolutely needs the mineral magnesium for these 10 vital functions:

1. reduction of tiredness and fatigue:

There can be many different reasons for tiredness. Tiredness can simply be due to too little sleep, but daily stress can also have a negative impact on sleep quality. Among other things, magnesium is responsible for good blood circulation and the normal functioning of the nervous system. If it is lacking, the transmission of nerve impulses can be disrupted and blood flow in the brain can be reduced. Magnesium is involved in the conversion of blood sugar into energy. Magnesium deficiency leads to a slowdown in the supply of energy, fatigue and slow thinking. The brain needs around 30 percent of the energy provided for its functions. A magnesium deficiency leads to an overall drop in energy. You are not only more stressed, but also more confused. For a better energy supply to the muscles, additional magnesium is recommended, especially during endurance training. Especially as you lose magnesium through sweating.

2. electrolyte balance:

The stabilizing influence on the electrolyte balance is important for our cells. If magnesium is present in the cells, the distribution of fluids and the water balance in the human organism can be controlled. This is important for the permeability of the cell membranes for potassium, sodium and calcium. Only in this way can important nutrients enter the cells.

3. energy metabolism:

Magnesium is also an important component for energy metabolism and all energy-dependent processes in the body. This is because it activates the important energy ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the cells in order to perform chemical, osmotic or mechanical work. Magnesium is actively involved in the processes of the sodium-potassium pump and thus in the permeability of the cell membrane and the sodium-potassium transport into and out of the cell.

4. nerve function:

Together with other important electrolytes and nutrients, it is involved in the regulation of excitation conduction in the nerve cells. This means that it is involved in the correct transmission of signals and messages via the nervous system. A magnesium deficiency leads to increased excitability of the nerve cells and thus to an increase in neuronal signals. The nervous system therefore sends more signals than are actually necessary.

5. muscle function:

Our muscles need energy to move the body. As with energy metabolism, ATP is required for activation. This energy in the form of ATP is “armed” by magnesium. And this ultimately also benefits muscle work. The electrolyte balance also supplies the muscles with all the important nutrients.

Magnesium is also important for the heart muscle, as the cells need sufficient quantities of oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood for healthy heart muscle activity. Magnesium plays a key role in controlling the cell supply. The body tries to maintain the magnesium level in the blood, as a deficiency leads to increased neuromuscular excitability. Magnesium is a calcium antagonist. It prevents an excessive influx of calcium into the energy production centers of the cells and thus protects the heart muscle cells from stress. It dilates the coronary arteries, reduces the heart’s oxygen consumption, improves the performance of the heart muscle, stabilizes the heart rhythm (together with potassium) and influences the blood’s ability to clot. In this environment, magnesium is therefore a real boon for the heart muscle and blood vessels.

6. protein synthesis:

Protein synthesis, today mainly referred to as protein biosynthesis, is a complex process in which proteins are built up. Magnesium is important for the production of a protein to support transcription and translation.

7. psychological functions:

Our brain requires numerous catalysts for biochemical reactions. Magnesium is involved in intra- and intercellular transport processes and thus supports the various metabolic functions. Magnesium is necessary to reduce the transmission of nerve impulses after a stressful moment and thus calm the nervous system. Its stabilizing effect on the cell envelopes slows down the excessive production of stress hormones and reduces the cellssensitivity to stress hormones. However, excessive amounts of magnesium are excreted in the urine under great stress, which means that it is often no longer possible to counteract the stress properly. Stress turns into permanent stress, you are agitated, nervous, overstimulated, vulnerable, you simply cannot be calm, even when the stress has already passed. Feeling stressed, anxious and panicky, even with palpitations and shortness of breath, can therefore be an important warning sign of magnesium deficiency. Hyperactive people generally show greatly reduced levels of magnesium and calcium.

8. bones:

The magnesium contained in the bones stabilizes the bone matrix and is involved in bone mineralization and bone growth. It also transports the calcium present from the blood into the bones. A lack of magnesium can also increase the risk of bone problems such as osteoporosis. This is because the bones, like the muscles, store large amounts of magnesium and lose the alkaline mineral when the body needs it to neutralize acidic metabolic residues. Especially if there is also a deficiency of the main acid buffer calcium, which can be the case with magnesium deficiency. However, calcium is essential for maintaining strong bones.

9. teeth:

As in our bones, magnesium serves to stabilize the teeth and is involved in tooth growth.

10. cell division:

As an activator of many enzymes, the mineral plays an important role in cell division. This is because enzymes play a central role in error-free cell division.

By the way:

Magnesium deficiency renders vitamin C ineffective As a result of magnesium deficiency, vitamin C cannot be utilized and is excreted unused. The most obvious symptoms of the after-effect (scurvy) are Depression, fatigue, bleeding gums, loose teeth, susceptibility to infections, anemia, hyperacidity, poor bone density, irritability, poor wound healing, bruising, chronic pain in limbs and joints.

Application

Adult dose: Stir 1 teaspoon daily into water or juice and take on an empty stomach or after a meal. For better results, we recommend two doses per day. We recommend that you start very slowly and take half a teaspoon per day (1.25 ml) and increase by a quarter of a teaspoon every 2 days to reach the desired dose of 1 teaspoon per day. The whole dose can be stirred into a liter of water and drunk throughout the day. Children aged 4 to 12 years: Take half the adult dose. Children under 4 years: only after consulting a doctor. Note: The bottle cap is a useful measuring aid. However, use a calibrated measuring cup, syringe or pipette to achieve an accurate dosage. If you suffer from a magnesium deficiency or have an unhealthy diet, start very slowly to allow your body to adjust. Some people need to start with a small dose of 2-4 drops per day and increase it very slowly. If your lifestyle or diet uses a lot of magnesium (you drink a lot of coffee, have a lot of stress, exercise a lot and sweat), you can increase the dose to 1 teaspoon two to three times a day to increase the body’s saturation with magnesium. It is best to add the entire daily dose to a liter of water and drink it in sips during the day (together with sea salt or other minerals).
