Our experienced Raw Food Chef will guide you through every stage of cooking, from bread and dips to delicious desserts.
The following raw foods will be prepared and cooked: Breads/ dips/ chocolate spread, fermented products such as curds and yogurts/ cakes/ various milks/ sprouts/ brownies/ cookies/ juices/ smoothies, muesli/ salads/ marinated mushrooms, coleslaw, cream cheese,, soups, ThaiCurry and much more 11 am: Brunch with raw food buffet Enjoy a sumptuous brunch with an extensive raw food buffet and a wide selection of drinks.
Indulge in a variety of raw foods, including breads, dips, tarts, cakes, juices, smoothies and much more. Personalized experience After your booking, you can make a personal appointment by phone with our Raw Food Chef and design your very own raw food course. Duration and location Our preparation workshop takes place in Frankfurt and lasts 3 hours.
