What is filtered?

Our energized drinking water filter offers you a flexible and quick solution to your water problems.
The ceramic cartridge with activated carbon core guarantees maximum purity and maximum safety from various chemicals, drug residues, germs, organic particles, pesticides and, as a special feature, heavy metals.
Pollutants are filtered, natural minerals and trace elements are retained!
The combined ceramic/activated carbon filter cartridge effectively removes pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli and salmonella, organic contaminants (pesticides, herbicides), cysts, drug residues, chlorine compounds, heavy metals and taste impairments from drinking water.
Another filter property is the thorough filtering out of plastic microparticles, which is ensured thanks to the certified filter permeability of 0.5-0.9 my.
Important: Dissolved minerals and trace elements, which are important for your health, remain in the drinking water!

Please note:

• To ensure safe operation, we recommend changing the filter cartridges after 6 months at the latest – with the practical subscription you receive 2 new ceramic activated carbon filter inserts every year – safe drinking water for a whole year!
• Operation with cold water only (mixer lever of the fitting in the “cold” position)
• Do not operate on unpressurized boilers / low-pressure fittings

After installation, test whether the filter itself is tight – to do this, let the water run briefly and check whether water is leaking from the base of the filter.
If so, check that the seal between the base and the filter body is seated correctly and tighten the screw connection firmly – no tools are required, simply close the filter screw connection firmly by hand.
