Description

What is fermentation?

Fermentation is a method of preserving food that is thousands of years old.
The fermentation process produces valuable enzymes and microorganisms that are particularly beneficial for intestinal health.
Share original uses the positive properties of fermentation for the production of SHARE® Plum.

Origin

The Share® Original plums are allowed to grow wild in a 150 km² bee sanctuary in South-East Asia and are harvested by hand.
SHARE® plums prefer to grow wild in a designated protected area the size of Bavaria, are carefully harvested by hand by small farmers and are therefore of the best natural quality.
Fair prices ensure that the effort is rewarded and that the entire production chain from the tree to the consumer is carried out with dedication and the best quality.
The “Prunus mume”, as the fruit is botanically called, is then fermented in its own fruit juice for at least 30 months.
The recipe for this process has been a well-kept secret for decades – the plums are then coated with herbs in a scientifically based production process.
Share® is protected worldwide and therefore unique.
And because the best is known to come last, each individual plum is packed airtight so that a second fermentation process can take place in the packaging.
The enzymes and microorganisms released during this process are particularly valuable for the human organism.
The green plum has been valued in traditional Asian culture since the 5th century. It is therefore a highly deacidifying fruit. It is antioxidant, contains enzymes, can aid digestion and contains high-quality beneficial bacteria with essential Chinese herbs.

Consumption recommendation

A monthly pack contains 33 sachets, one portion is one sachet.
You can eat half a portion to two portions every day. In any case, take it slowly, it is definitely recommended to start with half a plum.
The best time to take it is before going to bed.
Please drink approx. 500 ml of body-warm water with each Share® Original Plum.
The water helps your intestines to absorb the valuable enzymes and microorganisms in the best possible way. Caution: The fruit naturally contains a stone, please do not swallow it.
If you wish, you can crack it and eat the inside, otherwise simply dispose of it.
Do not eat more than two seeds a day.
The seed inside contains valuable vitamin B17.

The taste

The little plum speaks the truth, how does it taste to you?
  • The plum should taste sweet and slightly sour.
  • If it tastes bitter, this indicates that the liver may not be in the best condition at the moment.
  • If it appears acidic, this may indicate that the heart or small intestine should be cured.
  • If it tastes funny and the taste cannot be assigned, this indicates that the lungs or spleen are out of balance.
  • If it tastes “fishy”, this indicates possible kidney or bladder weakness.
  • If it tastes furry on the tongue or you get a kind of “numbness”, this indicates a loss of balance between the spleen and the stomach.

Your bowel movement

Your bowel movements also speak the truth. When you start consuming the plum, these colors make a statement about old toxins in your body:

  • dark brown: liver or body cells
  • brown to slightly water green: poison in the liver or smoker or you are often in a smoking environment
  • Water green to grayish: poison in the prostate
  • greenish: toxin in the liver due to medication or hormone tablets/ residual toxin
  • Clay-like color: poison in the bile; if whitish dots are still present, suspected gallstones (you may not know this yet)
  • dark green: poison in the kidneys; if whitish spots are still present; suspected kidney stones (you may not know this yet)
  • white-greyish: indicates mercury, usually mercury in cosmetic products
  • gray-black: suspected lead contamination
  • yellow creamy or even foamy, like pudding: poison in the spleen
  • black, after cutting: smells sweetish: diabetes
  • black, with a strong odor after cutting and streaked with whitish lines: Poison in the lymphatic system
  • Blood in the stool: Intestinal area inflamed / micro-inflammation, see a doctor immediately – obtain laboratory findings!
  • reddish: high blood lipids
  • pink: poison in the gynecological area
  • watery: skin disease, poison in joints, body has high acidity and a lot of moisture
  • Greenish and glistening after cutting: heavy metals in the body
  • like tree bark: long-lasting, chronic constipation
