Delivery Time: not specified

SiWave is a vibration and training device that can stimulate muscles, lymph, bones, cartilage, tendons and joints in an unprecedented way . The device has been developed according to the latest scientific findings and works with two side-alternating plates (side-alternating oscillation = rocking movement – left and right side of the plate move up and down in opposite directions), simulating the human gait and creating a sine wave. The sine wave sets it apart from all other training plates on the market.

Description

What is Siwave?

Siwave is a vibration technology that works according to the principle of the natural sine wave (as in walking).
Unphysiological “peaks” are a thing of the past!
This distinguishes it from any other training plate that works with vibrations that are unknown to humans (these may even be harmful to cartilage, bones, joints and retina).
SiWave works with a harmonic vibration that is contained in the human “blueprint”.
Most people will remember the sine wave from school, but what they don’t learn at school is that the sine wave is a principle of nature’s creation.
The sine wave can also be found in our body, digestion, heart and blood flow function with the sine wave.
Take a look at the exercises here: SiWave exercises

Why should I train with SiWave?

SiWave is a good supporter both in everyday life and in sport.
Because not everyone has the time to go to the gym, our bodies often become stiffer, our muscles atrophy and our well-being can deteriorate.
For athletes, the risk of injury can be reduced, the muscles can be strengthened and therefore greater performance can be achieved.
Joints are spared and trained sustainably.
As we get older, we find it harder to walk and bend down.
We become unsteady and find it difficult to climb stairs.
Many scientific studies confirm the strengthening of muscles and improved blood circulation, increased metabolism and improved coordination.
This is where SiWave can make a significant contribution to improving quality of life.

Just 5 minutes a day can make a significant contribution to greater mobility and fitness!

You will receive a free training course by e-mail with your purchase!

Heavy legs become light

The movement-promoting SiWave is not only fun and good for the body, but can also have a positive effect on the psyche.
The natural sine waves improve blood flow to the body, thereby improving performance and concentration.

Which frequency for which training goal?

We recommend the following frequencies and training times: Frequencies between 5 and 14 HZ:

  • To improve balance and mobility.
  • Effects: Flexibility, relaxation, muscle relaxation, “cool down” balance training.
  • (3 to 5 minutes)

Frequencies between 12-14 HZ:

  • Reduction of muscle soreness.
    (3 to 5 minutes)

Frequencies between approx. 15-20 HZ:

  • Improvement of muscle function and coordination, metabolic improvement, metabolism, stretching of the muscle and tendon apparatus, improvement of flexibility, muscle length training, neural training
  • Fascia training promotes fascia elasticity and prevents it from sticking together.
  • (3 to 6 minutes)

Frequencies between approx. 21-28 HZ:

  • High frequencies serve to increase muscle performance and metabolism.
They also have an increased effect on the “central nervous system and the hormone system”.
  • Possible effects: Increase in muscle performance and muscle strength, increase in basal metabolic rate in cell and tissue metabolism, stimulation of metabolism and weight loss, neurophysiological effects on the neurotransmitter system, cerebral cortex and endocrine system, fascia training.
  • (4 to 6 minutes)

Small application list

  • Muscle toning and relaxation 5 – 12 HZ (3 to 4 minutes)
  • Regulation-Balance 5 – 10 HZ (3 to 5 minutes)
  • Spasticity and rigor e.g. Parkinson’s 8 – 10 HZ (3 to 4 minutes)
  • Flaccid paralysis e.g. after apoplexy > 15 HZ (3 to 5 minutes)
  • Polyneuropathies > 10 HZ (3 to 4 minutes)
  • Central nervous effects Neurotransmitters etc. ‘e.g. depression, anxiety disorders > 20 HZ (3 to 5 minutes)
  • Improving body awareness and attention e.g. autism and ADD > 15 HZ (3 to 5 minutes)
  • Muscle toning-stimulation of anabolism e.g. growth disorders in children > 15 HZ (3 to 5 minutes)
  • Metabolism, basal metabolic rate, fat burning 25 – 28 HZ (4 to 6 minutes)
  • Stimulation of the osteoplasts (bone substance) e.g.
    For osteoporosis > 10-28 HZ (4 to 6 minutes)

Indications (possible positive applications) of vibration training

The transmission of sinus oscillations from vibration stimuli enables neurological (nerve) and muscular activity, which can no longer reach the user with their individually different basic problems through independent training.
In these cases, vibration training can be used not only as a supplement, but exclusively. Orthopaedic indications (possible positive applications)

  • Back pain of various causes (pain relief by improving muscle relaxation, stretching and coordination, inhibition of pain receptors)
  • Postural damage (strength building and posture improvement)
  • Scoliosis (improvement of stability)
  • Foot deformities (strengthening the arch muscles)
  • Bone and joint problems, e.g. osteoarthritis, meniscus damage
  • Muscular strength deficits after immobilization, accidents, injuries (improvement of muscle performance)
  • Muscular hypertonia, excessive muscle tension (reduction in muscle tension)
  • Herniated disc, in the non-acute phase (retraining of the local muscle system)
  • Degenerative diseases of the spine (pain relief, stability)
  • Osteoporosis (improvement in bone strength and bone mass)

Sports medicine indications (possible positive applications)

  • Performance enhancement (muscle building, improvement of coordination, speed and agility, jumping power, parallel to sport-specific training)
  • Sports injuries (improved metabolism, faster mobilization of damaged tissue, earlier start of training)
  • better elasticity

Neurological indications Spastic paralysis (possible positive effects):

  • Positive effects for Parkinson’s disease
  • Multiple sclerosis (regulation of muscle tension, increase in muscle function, improvement in posture, bladder-mast bowel control)
  • Stroke (reduction in spasticity, improved strength, faster mobilization and rehabilitation)
  • Paraplegia (tension regulation, training of the arm and supporting muscles, coordination, relaxation, movement control and speed, support for treadmill training with incomplete paraplegia, significant increase in performance and reduction of lateral differences in gait)

Flaccid paralysis (possible positive effects)

  • Foot lift paralysis, e.g. after a herniated disc in the lumbar spine (improvement in motor control and increase in muscle performance)
  • Plexus palsy, paralysis of the arm nerves, e.g. after a motorcycle accident (improvement of motor control and increase in muscle performance and muscle development)
  • Balance disorders (improving balance and preventing falls)
  • Inner area (possible positive effects)
  • Arterial and venous circulatory disorders (PAD) (improvement through increased blood flow, regulation of tension in the vascular wall muscles).
  • Improvement of lymphatic drainage (contraction and relaxation of the muscle pump)
  • Varicose veins and water retention
  • Circulatory disorders even with diabetes

Gerontological indications (possible positive effects)

  • Loss of muscle mass and muscle performance (increase in strength, build-up of strength, improvement in coordination, increase in muscle performance)
  • Osteoporosis (increase in bone substance)
  • Lack of exercise (improving mobility by increasing and building up strength, improving coordination and balance)
  • Improving postural control (building muscle strength in the global and local trunk muscles, improving posture)
  • Urinary incontinence (improvement of urinary and fecal continence)
  • Balance disorders/fall prevention (reduced tendency to fall by improving balance, strength and sensorimotor performance – motor control of posture and movement)
  • Facial adhesions due to lack of movement/joint contractures (improving the gliding ability of the facia)

Urological and gynecological indications (possible positive effects)

  • Incontinence (improved bladder and rectal control)
  • Pelvic floor weakness (improved bladder and rectal control, reduction of back pain)
  • Spinal column – pelvic instability after childbirth (strength building and postural stability)
  • MS patients who train with SiWAVE Multi report positive results

All statements given here are guidelines and empirical values from over 20 years of therapeutic use with vibration training and in part excerpts from studies on the effect of vibration/oscillation on our body and are not promises of a cure.
