“Chromosomes and chondriomes consist of a tube of insulating matter (cholesterol, resin, fat, plastin, etc. …), inside which there is a liquid, a kind of serum, which contains all the minerals of seawater and therefore conducts electricity.
Therefore, these fibers form oscillating ultramicroscopic circuits that can oscillate electrically in a wide range of very short wavelengths.
In my works I have shown that these cellular oscillating circuits, chondriomes and chromosomes, oscillate electrically under the influence of neighboring electromagnetic waves, cosmic, atmospheric and telluric .

However, numerous external or internal causes can lead to a vibrational imbalance in cells, such as changes in the field of cosmic, atmospheric or telluric waves, a decrease in the mineral content of organic matter, which is part of the cell substance, but also traumatization, which leads to the destruction of protoplasm or nucleus through impacts.
In all these different cases, the cell vibration can come to a standstill, which means the death of the cell. However, there are still chondriomas in the dead cell, which may continue to vibrate at their characteristic frequency.
This case is fortunately rare, otherwise the entire human race would have long since fallen victim to cancer.
The chondriomas then wrap themselves in a membrane, continue to vibrate and multiply independently of the cell.
In this way, they can become cancer cells.
I have tried to provoke a sick or dead cell to start vibrating aperiodically again with an artificial vibration shock.

(…) After a great deal of research, I came to build an apparatus that generates an electromagnetic field in which all frequencies between three meters and the infrared can be found. This field is able to stimulate every single cell to vibrate at its original frequency.

In physics it is known that an electric circuit excited by weak high-frequency currents generates numerous harmonic waves.
I therefore came up with the idea of building an oscillator to generate multiple wavelengths, in whose field each cell can find its own frequency.
To this end, I made an antenna consisting of a series of concentrically arranged, circular oscillating rings, each of which is both attached to and isolated from the others.

This gave me an oscillator that generates all the fundamental wavelengths between 10 centimeters and 400 meters, i.e. all frequencies from 750,000 to 3 billion hertz.
Each of these rings also emits numerous harmonic waves which, together with the original waves on which they are based, their interference and the electrical side effects, can reach as far as the infrared range and even visible light (1 to 300 trillion hertz).”
