What radiation exposure is there when driving?

Nowadays, modern motor vehicles are equipped with all kinds of technology. As the equipment increases, so does the electromagnetic load. As is well known, the car is a Faraday cage, which acts like an all-round closed shell made of an electrical conductor (e.g. bodywork) that acts as an electrical shield from external static electrical fields.
