Thanks to the patented Smart Corner technology, the ingredients are optimally moved through the container.
Interruptions caused by air bubbles or wedged pieces of vegetables are therefore an absolute exception.
The smooth inner walls of the Canto make it easy to remove viscous masses completely.
The Smart Corner technology generates so much flow dynamics in the container that it was possible to dispense with further contours on the container walls.
This not only makes it easier to get the mix out of the container, but also makes cleaning easier.
Simply fill the container with water, add a few drops of washing-up liquid and press and hold the Pulse button for around 30 seconds: Done.

The Canto container has its strengths in liquid applications such as smoothies & soups and also when grinding grains etc.. However, it also has weaknesses. Particularly with thicker mixtures such as ice cream, pestos and nut butters, because it is difficult to reach the corners with the tamper and the thick mixture then sticks inside and the blade turns empty. This is where the strength of the conical, narrowly tapered premium container lies. So that these applications can also be mastered wonderfully with the Gusto S, Bianco automatically supplies the conical premium container with the Gusto S.

You save more than 30% of the power consumption compared to a normal AC motor.
The new Bianco Gusto-S therefore has a high energy efficiency and is therefore very environmentally friendly.
Very quiet in operation
With a brushless DC motor, there is no mechanical friction during the mixing process.
This is why it is even 12 dB quieter than conventional AC motors, i.e. only 72 dB.
The Bianco Gusto-S can be ordered with an optional sound cover (noise protection), which makes it even quieter and can easily keep up with Blendtec’s premium appliance, the Blendtec Stealth, which is known as the quietest blender in the world. 10 mixing levels can be selected manually on the Gusto S.
The mixing levels from 1-10 (highest level) are indicated by 10 horizontal bars on the control panel.

The patented innovative IPM system (Intelligent Power Management System) continuously checks the motor power while blending tough and sticky ingredients (e.g. dough, nut butter) and automatically adjusts it if necessary.
This ensures that every mix is processed perfectly.
Bianco ventilation system
The ventilation system on the underside of the Bianco Gusto-S motor block protects the motor from overheating.
This is particularly useful in the commercial sector, as a lot of power is often required in short periods of time during peak times.
This cooling is more powerful and efficient in the Gusto-S and Gusto Pro than in the Patto Pro.
As a result, the appliance can cope with much longer periods of use under heavy load, especially in the commercial sector.
