Who am I?

I am Jan Samson and have been an expert in holistic health, fasting, breathing therapy, nutrition & creative reality design for 5 years. My work as a consciousness coach led me to illnesses and ailments that were diagnosed as “incurable”. As doctors were unable to find a satisfactory, holistic solution on the outside for years, I was able to learn to go inwards and activate the body’s inherent natural self-healing powers.

The path led me through meditation, yoga, fasting, breathing therapy, plant-based nutrition, consciousness expansion & many other “alternative” healing methods to a holistic concept of life that combines healing on a physical, mental & spiritual level. It is my heart’s mission to give you health and hope, because through my own experienced and created suffering I learned what hopelessness, illness and pain really want to tell us. I assure you that the human body is a perfect instrument. If we learn to play it harmoniously, it is able to heal itself from any illness. Illness first arises & takes root in the mind & emotions. It then manifests into the physical so that we learn to listen to our higher self & soul. To free ourselves from the ego & to live in a holistic consciousness in harmony with Mother Earth.
