Description
Moringa in the Ayuverdic art of healing
Moringa oleifera originally comes from the Himalayan region in north-western India and spread from there throughout India. The species is now also cultivated and used in Africa, South East Asia and some Arab countries. All parts of the tree can be used: The fruits are suitable as vegetables for cooking, the leaves as tea or dried as a powder for shakes and smoothies. In the countries of origin, the fresh leaves, fruits, seeds and succulents (tuberous roots) are used; in Europe, the dried leaves are mainly used as a powder. Incidentally, moringa gets its German name, horseradish tree, from the mustard oils in the succulents. These smell as pungent as fresh horseradish. Moringa is also used in cosmetics and as a medicine, especially in Ayurvedic medicine. There, the effect of moringa against

Our Moringa leaves combine the power of nature with the body, nourishing and strengthening it. They regulate and have a stabilizing effect on the immune system. They are your companions to balance. Convince yourself of their beneficial effects!
18 out of 20 known essential amino acids have been found in the leaves.
These cannot be produced independently by the human organism, but are an important component for oxygen transport in the body, the ability to concentrate and many important brain functions.
A high proportion of antioxidants have also been found in the moringa plant.
They are essential for an efficient organism, as they protect us from free radicals, which can often be the cause of illnesses
Furthermore, the zeatin of the moringa tree is considered a mucilage, as it is said to transport active ingredients into the deeper layers of the skin.
Biotin (vitamin B7 or H) can also counteract skin inflammation and strengthen the skin.
Antioxidants render free radicals harmless and thus protect healthy cells.
And all of this is completely natural.
So the name miracle tree is no coincidence.
