The valuable original spelt sprouts are passed through a mincer with fresh linseed, sprouted sunflower seeds and original salt. This creates the base mixture for the nutrient-rich superfood crackers. AHO natural crackers have 4 selected ingredients and all 4 ingredients are 100% German organic. The Oberkulmer Rotkorn (ancient spelt) and the sunflower seeds come from southern Germany. The brown linseed and the original salt come from northern Germany. AHO Natur Cracker is an environmentally friendly snack made from local superfoods.
