But how exactly do these insoles work?

Long-wave infrared radiation (FIR), also known as far infrared rays, is a part of the sunlight spectrum that is invisible to the human eye. The wavelength of infrared rays ranges from 0.76 to 1000 microns. Long-wave infrared radiation is thermal and we experience this type of infrared radiation every day in the form of heat. Unlike UV light, FIR is harmless to the body.

The bio-ceramic in the insoles absorbs the infrared rays and then radiates them back to the human body. The bio-ceramic consists of special fibers impregnated with microparticles of bio-ceramic powder. The FIR is produced using a special type of natural, lead-free stone and minerals such as silicon oxide (SiO2) and tourmaline crystals.

Care:

The insoles are hand washable in cold water at 30 degrees. They should be dried at room temperature and protected from heat and direct sunlight. They must not be tumble dried. They should also not be ironed or bleached.

We recommend a wearing time of 30-60 minutes during the familiarization phase. The FIR processing in the soles does not allow permanent daily use, which is why the soles may disintegrate.
